Fullstack Engineer
We're looking for a fullstack engineer to help build the future of accessible communication technology. You'll work on our web and mobile applications, building features that connect speech, text, and sign language in real-time.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain web and mobile applications using modern frameworks
- Develop APIs and backend services for real-time communication
- Collaborate with designers and researchers to implement accessible interfaces
- Optimize performance and scalability of our platforms
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience with full-stack development
- Proficiency in React, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript
- Experience with real-time systems and WebSocket/WebRTC
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Passion for building inclusive technology
3D/Animation Engineer
Join our team to create lifelike 3D sign language animations and avatars. You'll work on cutting-edge technology that brings sign language to life in digital environments, making communication more natural and accessible.
What you'll do
- Develop 3D character models and animations for sign language representation
- Implement real-time rendering systems for web and mobile platforms
- Work with motion capture data and procedural animation systems
- Optimize 3D assets for performance across devices
- Collaborate with linguists to ensure accurate sign language representation
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in 3D graphics and animation
- Proficiency in Three.js, WebGL, or similar 3D frameworks
- Experience with character rigging and animation
- Knowledge of real-time rendering optimization
- Understanding of sign language or willingness to learn
- Portfolio demonstrating 3D work
