AI Research Scientist (Accessibility)
Lead fundamental research in AI for accessibility, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in human-computer communication.
What you'll do
- Conduct research on novel AI approaches for accessibility
- Publish findings in top-tier conferences and journals
- Collaborate with engineering to transfer research to products
- Stay current with advances in AI and accessibility research
- Mentor research interns and junior scientists
What we're looking for
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Strong publication record in ML, NLP, or CV
- Experience with large-scale model training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for accessibility and inclusive technology
Nice to have
- Experience with sign language or gesture research
- Background in human-computer interaction
- Industry research experience
