Industrial Designer (Wearables)
Shape the physical form of Talksign Glasses, creating wearables that are both beautiful and functional for all-day use.
What you'll do
- Design consumer wearable products from concept to production
- Create CAD models and physical prototypes
- Collaborate with engineering on manufacturability
- Conduct user testing of physical designs
- Define materials, finishes, and color options
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of industrial design experience
- Experience with wearables or eyewear design
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Rhino)
- Understanding of manufacturing processes
- Strong sketching and visualization skills
Nice to have
- Experience with optical design constraints
- Background in consumer electronics
- Knowledge of accessibility in physical products
