People Operations Manager

What you'll do
- Develop and implement HR policies and programs
- Manage recruiting, onboarding, and employee experience
- Build inclusive workplace practices
- Handle employee relations and performance management
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of HR or people operations experience
- Experience building inclusive workplace cultures
- Knowledge of employment law and compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with remote-first organizations
Nice to have
- Experience with accessibility accommodations
- Background in tech startups
- HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI)
