Privacy & Compliance Lead
Ensure Talksign meets the highest standards of privacy and compliance, protecting the trust of our users.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain privacy and compliance programs
- Ensure GDPR, CCPA, and accessibility compliance
- Conduct privacy impact assessments for new features
- Train teams on privacy and compliance requirements
- Manage relationships with regulators and auditors
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in privacy, compliance, or legal roles
- Deep knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
- Experience with AI and data privacy considerations
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Ability to translate legal requirements to engineering
Nice to have
- CIPP or similar certifications
- Experience with health data (HIPAA)
- Background in accessibility regulations
