Product Designer (Accessibility Focus)
Design intuitive, accessible experiences that make communication seamless for everyone, regardless of hearing ability.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end design for mobile and web products
- Create accessible interfaces following WCAG guidelines
- Conduct design research with Deaf users
- Build and maintain design systems
- Collaborate closely with engineering and research
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating accessible design
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Understanding of iOS and Android design patterns
- Experience working with diverse user groups
Nice to have
- Experience designing for Deaf users
- Knowledge of sign language
- Background in motion design
