    Senior AI/ML Engineer (Speech & NLP)

    Join our core AI team to build the speech recognition and natural language processing systems that power real-time translation between spoken and sign languages.

    What you'll do

    • Design and implement state-of-the-art speech recognition models
    • Develop NLP pipelines for real-time language understanding
    • Optimize models for low-latency inference on edge devices
    • Collaborate with the sign language recognition team on bidirectional translation
    • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical direction

    What we're looking for

    • 5+ years of experience in ML/AI with focus on speech or NLP
    • Strong background in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
    • Experience with transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
    • Track record of deploying ML models to production
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

    Nice to have

    • Experience with on-device ML optimization
    • Background in accessibility technology
    • Familiarity with sign language linguistics
