UX Researcher (Accessibility)
Lead user research with Deaf and hard-of-hearing communities to ensure our products truly meet their needs.
What you'll do
- Plan and conduct user research with accessibility focus
- Facilitate inclusive research sessions in sign language
- Synthesize findings into actionable insights
- Advocate for user needs across product teams
- Build long-term relationships with research participants
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of UX research experience
- Experience researching with disability communities
- Fluency or proficiency in sign language preferred
- Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Nice to have
- Background in accessibility consulting
- Experience with assistive technology
- Member of Deaf or hard-of-hearing community
